Apex HealthSync has been retained to find Geriatricians to provide services to premier rehabilitation and nursing centers in New York City and Westchester. The sites feature a wide variety of services and programs to foster recovery while addressing the social, emotional and recreational needs of patients. Working five days a week, Physicians partner with Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants to address the physical, social, and emotional needs of their patients.

MULTIPLE ROLES AVAILABLE.  1 in Manhattan, New York, NY.  1 in White Plains, NY.  1 in Englewood, NJ  Please inquire! Start immediately after credentialing.

Requirements:

• NYS Medical License (MD or DO)

• Board certified or board eligible in Geriatrics, Internal Medicine or Family Practice

• Geriatrics Fellowship or IM/FP with Geriatrics experience required

• Nursing Home experience a plus

• New Geriatric Fellowship graduates are encouraged to apply!

Apex HealthSync has been retained to find Geriatric Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants to provide services within sites in New York City and Westchester. The sites feature a wide variety of services and programs to foster recovery while addressing the social, emotional and recreational needs of patients. Working five days a week, Geriatric Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants would be responsible for partnering with physicians to provide excellent patient care.

MULTIPLE ROLES AVAILABLE.  1 in New York, NY.  1 in New Rochelle, NY.  2 in Northern Westchester County, NY (Cortlandt Manor, Somers, NY).  Please inquire! Start immediately after credentialing.

Requirements:

• NYS Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant License

• Minimum of one (1) year of Geriatric NP/PA experience required

• Nursing home experience a plus
